Companies cannot outgrow employees & As the person cannot outgrow his knowledge

If these statement are relevant to you it is very difficult for one to outgrow the level of his knowledge. Meaning your professional capability can sometimes not be enough to give you an  edge in the market. As is for the company a great product without great employees is difficult as well as the concept of KYP know your product or service.

It is difficult to deliver the great service or products to  clients with a non-well trained staffs if organization wants to succeed it is important to invest as well doing the researches and find out what matters to employees .It is possible to use contracts and all forms of binding agreement to ensure employees accepts whatever needs to be done. But an organization will always grow better when its employees grows better.

Companies should develop empathetic management style that will address employees.

Upgrade and training of new skills needed

Health issues

Mental issues

Welfare issues

Empowering issues

Well engaged employees will always do better than those less engaged employees because an engaged employee will always do their best and provide the best they can to their client’s .Distracted employees will likely fall down with the company but well engaged employees will lift up their company.

My last employee in my most down time when I was about to close the business stayed with me because I cared so in our contract  rent was not part of our payment agreement but in some months I would give her an offer to pay part of her rent also other times I would give her gifts commissions on her sales .She become the biggest part of the business one to advise me how to keep the business she gave me the necessary information of what is going on in the market .she felt the business was as hers she loved  the business and took a greatest care to my clients and she was a friend to the clients to extent when she was not around clients would ask where is she.

Customer service reps are likely to churn away more clients than a bad product or service so delivery of your business matters most as well as it is .

Customer service should remember that clients buy into the seller before the business that is true as well and should not be underrated since the level of choice is so huge it is easy to get same kind of service 5 meter away or online.
