Think to develop in client perspective

Product development refers to the process where an organizations or a person figures out which idea to implement. Or which service to issue. This is important article for corporate people, entrepreneurs and in life.
For new business ,writers or any institution what is needed out of the business is to generate return on investment but for all entrepreneurs should not be thinking of  short term returns it should be transformed on building legacy business or service a service that consumers are interested to consume and will have a return on investment
Is it provider centered where by an entrepreneur, organization thinks what to offer its clients or otherwise
OR
The business that originates from customer requirement that can be identified by collecting data from customer service ,grievences of clients on your organization,clients call of goods that an organization does not have or certain product or service that is not available in a certain place,
Many isntitutions including governments, private companies have invested a lot on internal brainstorming, researching what can we bring to customers but forgetting what customers are willing to pay less emphasis on use of updated data resulting to wrong decisions and loss on investment ground information is of high important .
Any organization should ensure that it listens to customers brings value to customers not otherwise but only to ensure that a client is the Centre at product development and future demand researches should be based on customers.
It has been observed many companies are involved in real estate’s building houses without clearly identifying who will be the clients private companies have proven success unlike public companies whose decisions are sometimes based on few on organizations to benefit not benefit of the organizations.
Company build houses on areas they are interested to invest while in those areas houses has no demand and no one want to reside there resulting to huge losses.
Giving mortgage loans to wrong people the organization does their brainstorming internally without involving those that will be able to repay them and those interested to repay them resulting in losing their money.
What a product development should start it should start from customer ends example visiting where clients are, correcting information on what customers’ needs customer complaints on customer centres,if an organization is operational it should invest a lot on customer service responses also other means of conducting researches should be applied to ensure information’s Is used that is why many organizations are using analytics ,Artificial intelligence, using each means that can be used to collect the information’s  and make an informed decisions that will bring value to customers .
In developing a new product a company should ensure it consider the porters five forces, considers SWOT Analysis, and considers those requirements.
