the children’s ways
Influencing is
something that everyone desires in life and everything in order to receive in
life it requires one to influence. Influencing can also be said as selling or
marketing your view point to be accepted and as a request for action to be
taken.
Different people
and experts have long written useful knowledgeable and ideas on how you can
influence people around and ensure your ideas works and gets accepted without
you using a lot of energy hassle free the easier ways
Amongst some few
to mention great people that I have read and listened their Audio books that
have written intensely on how to influence is Dale Carnegie, Chriss Voss, John
Maxwel, Robert Cialdin.
I am lucky to
spend my time with my two little kids and the things that I learned from them
on how I can best to influence them to take action and to do what I want them
to do and I thought these are very good things that we can look at them in
depth on how they can be used to influence our childrens.
But not that these
strategies are useful to childrens only but also to adults the strategies works
well as I tried some of them and I saw their impacts to me .
And I was pushed
to think how we can manipulate these strategies to work in different areas in
our lives .like How to make employees do the work, how to make the society do
certain activity, how to convince my boss to help me, How can I walk into certain office
and request something and receive a highest level of acceptance, How can I
convince my client to buy from me.
Let us head back
what my childrens wanted from me so I would receive a result that I wanted to
have.

Good
promises against threats

The threats never worked for my children since
they are young they can forget but if they are little older they will find a
way to cheat but good promises creates love them to do something and inspires
them to do more

Competition
makes them do better
o
Childrens do best they want to do beyond others
or surpassing the targets it always is better to set the targets for the people
you want to do something to achieve.

They want
to be recognized as the best in what they do to be better
o
Recognition is what they hunger for it is every
human being nature wants to be recognized for their contribution.

Rewards
most of time makes them do better to receive the rewards
o
Childrens love gifts and presents so one of the
means to influence them is to offer them gifts and things they love. employees
are no different you can treat them with pay raise, training ,public praise.

They like
to be loved
o
Love plays a critical role in life Example you
could hear a child I am going to grandfather he will give me this and that so
when that misses even an employee if not loved by God they would switch their
bosses.an employee who discovers his or her boss does not love them they would
always be thinking of running away.A client who comes to understand what
matters to you is his money not him he would live you even if you have good
product or service.

Children they don’t want to be idle if you want
them to stop doing something give them something else they would do better. No
employee loves to be idle I was observing some footballers who would be willing
to live a team if they don’t get a chance to play it is same for
kids,employees,or being part of any community everyone wishes to give his
contribution .

Understanding people
o
It requires that to influence anyone you need to
understand that person failure to do that means it a total failure on your side
because you will be writing a letter using a normal paper to a blind person or
talking with a deaf person they will not move at all.
