So I was learning one of the secrets from successful entrepreneur and I came across the top 10 secrets eared by Ivan Carmichael compiled on Paul Dejoria interview. Where he talked to have a longer and successful business you need to be in the in re-order business.

The re order business is the model that I have been thinking and started researching and how to create a business sustainability in business so am learning a book from Tien Tzuo called Subscribed founder of the company called Zuora a subscription company and I continue learning from different experts to grow better myself and on my business and endeavors which I am confident if most of business will adopt the model or maximize on the model it will be of tremendous effect on their business.

On my study I came across some of the big companies and first transformation activist on the reorder business in terms of service and products like Netflix E-commerce, Apple, Samsung, Dollar shave club and many others companies that have transformed to subscription which is no difference to subscription.

So this is great to marketers, Product designers, Entrepreneurs, Business strategist,CEO and anyone who aspire to be in a profitable business for long.

The keys to succeed in a reorder how to convince clients to subscribe.

 

Ø  Create what will be in demand forever –people will never stop eating

Ø  Offer the best quality products or services-delivery time, quality of goods etc

Ø  Renovate yourself overtime –not for the sake of selling for the sake of providing an upgrade example Apple provides new version overtime but ensures on every version there is an upgrade

Ø  Offer heartedly customer experience-If you don’t love your clients they won’t come back for the same service or products the best experience is a reminder for the clients to come back

Ø  Provide a solution become so much reliable that you will be missed for that service-In a word where choice is free and available especially in the era of technology where Data analytics and machine learning can predict what or when you will be needing certain goods or service and can easily use your data to reach you and at finger tips within few seconds you can get thousands of suggestions of your demand .if one customer gets converted should never be lost for you to receive another order.

Ø  Build a long lasting relationships-Investments should be made on the area and technologies makes it even easier if well utilized especially on analytics the correct interpretation may create a longer relationship although strategy of building it is vast as will be sharing but if you want re-order you need to work on it.

Ø  Think of the future project do research that will allow to solve clients’ needs afore head-Amazon and other big companies used strategy.

It is easy to create a product or service but sustainability of your business will depend on the vision setting how well do you position yourself to be in demand for long and how much you are undeniable be the “Only best option”.
